Section 1: Imli ke Bina Sambar ke Fayde

  • Imli ke bina sambar mein kam khatta taste hota hai, jo kai logo ko pasand hota hai.
  • Imli allergy wale log bhi ise aaram se kha sakte hain.

  • Toor dal (Arhar dal) – 1 cup
  • Pyaz – 1 bada, chopped

  • Tamarind (Imli) ki jagah Aamchur powder – 1 tbsp
  • Sambhar masala – 2 tbsp
  • Haldi powder – ½ tsp
  • Sarson ka tel – 2 tbsp
  • Rai – 1 tsp
  • Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Hing – 1 pinch
  • Namak – Swadanusar
  • Pani – 3 cups
  • Dhaniya patti – Hari dhaniya ke patte, chopped

Section 3: Bina Imli Ke Sambar Banane ki Vidhi

Sabse pehle toor dal ko achhe se dho kar cooker mein dal dein aur 3 cups pani ke saath pakne ke liye rakh dein. 3-4 siti lagne par gas band kar dein.

Ab ek kadhai mein sarson ka tel garam karein. Tel garam hone par rai aur jeera daal kar bhune.

Rai aur jeera ke baad, hing aur curry leaves daalein, aur pyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhune.

Ab hari mirch aur tamatar daalein, aur tamatar galne tak pakayein.

Tamatar galne ke baad, haldi powder, sambhar masala aur aamchur powder daalein. Achhe se mila kar 2-3 minute pakayein.

Ab cooker se pakki hui dal ko kadhai mein daalein aur namak swadanusar daalein. Dhakkan laga kar 5-7 minute tak pakayein.

Aakhir mein, dhaniya patti daal kar gas band kar dein aur bina imli ke sambar ko serve karein.

  • Aap chahe to sambar mein mix vegetables bhi daal sakte hain, jaise ki lauki, gajar, beans aur baingan.
  • Bina imli ke sambar ke saath, aap idli, dosa ya plain rice bhi serve kar sakte hain.
